Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order and delivery address before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the order details cannot be verified. In such cases, no payment will be collected from you.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and an active contact number.

Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that order.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the total order amount, including the Rs. 100 delivery charge, in cash to the courier when you receive your parcel. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan through our courier partners: TCS, Leopards Courier, and Trax.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or in remote areas.
  • A flat delivery charge of Rs. 100 applies per order.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately. Minor variations in product appearance may occur. Backup time and performance figures are approximate and depend on your router’s power consumption and usage conditions.

Returns and warranty

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Warranty Policy. Our products carry a 4-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal usage. Please read the full Return & Warranty Policy for details.
