How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver all over Pakistan within 3–5 working days via our courier partners TCS, Leopards Courier, and Trax.
What are the delivery charges?
At checkout you can choose between FREE delivery or Flat rate delivery at Rs. 350 per order, all over Pakistan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when you receive your parcel.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Warranty Policy.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All POWER LINK products carry a 4-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal usage. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or incorrect voltage connection. For warranty claims, contact us at 0313-8796810 (phone / WhatsApp).
